• • Game Data: Scores, ELO rating, streaks, play history, and leaderboard rankings.

• • Usage Data: App interactions, session duration, and feature usage.
• • Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers (for ad personalization and analytics).

Information We Do NOT Collect

• • We do not collect precise geolocation data.
• • We do not access your contacts, photos, camera, or microphone.
• • We do not store payment or credit card information. All payment processing is handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store).

2. How We Use Your Information

• • To create and manage your account.
• • To provide gameplay features including leaderboards, ELO rankings, and daily challenges.
• • To process and manage subscriptions via RevenueCat.
• • To serve advertisements to free-tier users via Google AdMob.
• • To enforce daily play limits and detect abuse.
• • To respond to support requests.

3. Third-Party Services

AdMob may use device identifiers and cookies to serve personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Game statistics and leaderboard entries are stored indefinitely unless you delete your account. Ad interaction data is managed by Google AdMob per their retention policies.

5. Data Deletion

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through the Settings > Danger Zone > Delete Account option within the App. Upon deletion:

• • Your account credentials are permanently removed.
• • Your game statistics, ELO history, and leaderboard entries are permanently erased.
• • This action is irreversible.

6. Children's Privacy

Spot is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

7. Security

We use commercially reasonable measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and secure authentication via Supabase, to protect your data. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
