1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Spot, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Spot. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Registration

• • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• • You agree to provide accurate information during registration.
• • You are solely responsible for all activity under your account.
• • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Spot Pro

Spot offers an optional auto-renewing subscription ("Spot Pro") that provides:

• • Unlimited daily rounds (free users are limited to 15 per day).
• • Ad-free experience (all interstitial and banner ads removed).
• • Daily streak saver (one automatic streak save per day).

Billing

• • Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
• • You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase.

Refunds

All purchases are final. Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google per their respective refund policies.

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• • Use offensive, vulgar, or inappropriate language in your username or any user-facing content.
• • Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or circumvent game mechanics, including but not limited to: clock manipulation to bypass daily limits, reverse-engineering the app, or using automated tools.
• • Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity.
• • Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks.

We reserve the right to reset your statistics, revoke your account, or ban you permanently if you are found to be in violation of these rules.

6. AI-Generated Content

Spot uses artificial intelligence (AI) to generate synthetic media (images and videos) for the purpose of training users to detect AI-generated content. This AI-generated media:

• • Is created solely for entertainment and educational purposes.
• • Does not depict real individuals or real events.
• • Should not be interpreted as factual representations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Mosaic Platforms and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mosaic Platforms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App. Your continued use of the App following such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
